What a Bathroom Costs in Miami, 2026
Starting prices, what they assume, and what pushes the final number up. Most contractors will not publish this. It is the most useful page on our site.
How Much Does a Remodel Cost?
Transparent Starting Prices. Customized Final Quotes.
One of the first questions homeowners ask is: “How much will my remodeling project cost?”
At Bronze Home Remodeling, we believe in giving customers a realistic starting point before they schedule a consultation.
The starting prices shown on our website are based on the typical scope and costs of standard projects of similar type and size. They are intended to help you understand the approximate starting investment for your project.
However, every home and every design is different.
To provide a final project price, our team needs to visit the property, take measurements, understand your design, evaluate existing conditions, determine the scope of work, and review your material, fixture, finish, and brand selections.
Our project pricing includes both labor and the materials specifically identified as included in your proposal or contract.

What Is Considered a Standard Project?
Our advertised starting prices generally assume a straightforward remodeling project where:
- Existing fixtures remain in approximately the same locations
Major plumbing or electrical systems do not need to be relocated. - No major layout conversion is required
For example, changing the entire configuration of a bathroom or kitchen may require additional plumbing, electrical, framing, or other work. - No structural modifications are required
Removing or modifying structural components requires additional evaluation and may require engineering, plans, and additional permitting. - The property has reasonable access
Our team can reasonably bring workers, tools, equipment, and materials to and from the work area. - Standard materials and installation methods are selected
Specialty products, custom fabrication, or installations requiring significantly more labor can affect the final price.
What Can Increase the Cost?
Several factors can move a project above the advertised starting price.
Layout & System Conversions
Moving plumbing fixtures, relocating electrical systems, changing room configurations, or substantially changing how the existing space is used can increase both labor and material requirements.
Large-Format & Specialty Materials
Large-format tile, natural stone, specialty finishes, premium products, and certain installation patterns can require additional preparation, specialized installation, and labor.
Strict Building or Condo Requirements
Some properties, particularly condominiums and buildings with strict construction procedures, may require additional documentation, approved working hours, protection of common areas, specific insurance documentation, engineering, additional inspections, or specialized installation procedures.
These requirements can affect project costs and timelines.
Custom Designs & Shapes
Custom cabinetry, unique layouts, specialty glass, custom-built elements, unusual shapes, niches, detailed tile patterns, and other personalized features require additional design, fabrication, or installation work.
Customization makes your project unique — but it can also change the cost.
Your Final Price Is Built Around Your Project
We don’t believe in giving a final remodeling price without understanding what we’re actually building.
Our process is:
Home Visit → Measurements → Design → Material & Brand Selection → Scope of Work → Final Pricing
This allows us to provide a proposal based on your actual project rather than an unrealistic one-size-fits-all price.
Starting Price ≠ Final Quote
All prices advertised on this website are starting prices for qualifying standard projects and are provided for general planning purposes. Final pricing depends on the actual property conditions, measurements, design, scope of work, material and product selections, permitting requirements, accessibility, and other project-specific factors.
