How Bronze Remodeling manages a project

How We Run Your Project

From the First Meeting to the Final Walkthrough.

A Successful Project Starts With a Clear Plan

At Bronze Home Remodeling, a successful remodeling project starts with a clear plan.

Our process is designed to keep your project organized, transparent, and moving forward while giving you one team to guide you through every stage.

The Process, Step by Step

One team guiding you through every stage, from the first conversation inside your home to the day we hand it back.

01

In-Home Consultation & Design

We start by meeting you at your home to understand what you want to accomplish. We’ll evaluate the existing space, discuss your ideas and priorities, and work with you on a personalized design and practical solution that fits your home.

02

Project Scope & Pricing

Once we understand the project, we build a detailed scope of work and calculate the estimated cost. We want you to understand what you’re paying for and what is included before moving forward.

03

Financing or Deposit

If you’re interested in financing, our team can help you explore available financing options and determine what solutions may be available to you. For projects moving forward without financing, the required project deposit will be collected according to the terms of your agreement.

04

Agreement & Project Documentation

Before construction begins, the project details are put in writing. The agreement establishes the scope of work, payment schedule, responsibilities, and other important project details so everyone starts with the same expectations.

05

Permits & Approvals

When permits are required, our team coordinates the applicable permitting process. For condominium projects, we can also assist with the documentation and project information required for applicable condo or association approval.

06

Construction & Project Management

Once the necessary approvals are in place and materials are coordinated, construction begins. Our team manages the project from start to finish while keeping you informed about progress and important developments along the way.

07

Final Walkthrough & Completion

When construction is complete, we perform a final walkthrough with you. We compare the completed work with the agreed scope, identify any applicable final items that need attention, and make sure the project is properly documented before completion.

The Bronze 7-Step Project Standard

A remodeling project involves more than construction. It’s also about communication, organization, accountability, and knowing what to expect.

That’s why we follow our Bronze 7-Step Project Standard.

You should never have to wonder what’s happening with your home.

Communication is a major part of our project-management process. We provide customers with regular project updates, including a weekly update on progress, upcoming work, and important developments.

When something requires your attention or a decision, our goal is to communicate it clearly and promptly.

We help handle the paperwork so you can focus on your home.

When your project requires permits, we coordinate the applicable permitting process and required project documentation.

If you live in a condominium or community with additional requirements, our team can also assist with applicable board or association documentation and approval requirements related to our work.

Know when and why payments are due.

Payments are collected according to the payment schedule established in your signed contract. A deposit is required for each project, with subsequent payments based on the terms and applicable milestones outlined in the agreement.

No guessing. No unclear payment expectations. The financial terms of the project are documented before work begins.

Quality workmanship starts with quality materials and good planning.

Depending on your project agreement, Bronze Home Remodeling can coordinate the materials included within the project. Materials and products are identified as part of the project planning process and scheduled to arrive according to the construction timeline whenever reasonably possible.

Our goal is to have the right materials available when our team needs them and reduce unnecessary project delays. Product and manufacturer information can also be documented so you know what was installed in your home.

Remodeling can uncover things nobody could see before construction began.

We build our projects around an agreed plan and work to stay within that scope. However, renovation work can occasionally reveal hidden conditions — particularly after opening walls, removing flooring, or accessing previously concealed areas.

If an unexpected condition affects the project, we communicate it with you rather than hiding it. Any additional work requiring a change to the agreed scope or price will be documented through the appropriate change-order process.

Transparency is important to us. If the project needs to change, you should understand what changed, why it changed, and how it affects your project.

Before we consider the project complete, we walk it with you.

At the end of construction, our team performs a final walkthrough with the homeowner. We review the completed work against the agreed scope of work and identify applicable final items requiring attention.

It’s one more opportunity to make sure what was promised on paper is reflected in the finished project.

Our relationship doesn’t have to end when construction does.

Bronze Home Remodeling stands behind our workmanship. Eligible projects include a 2-year workmanship warranty, in addition to applicable manufacturer warranties provided with qualifying products and materials.

We document applicable warranty information so you know what is covered and who to contact if you need assistance after completion.

Our goal is to build projects customers enjoy for years — not projects that generate warranty calls. We’d much rather have an inbox full of customers thanking us for their finished homes than asking us to come back and fix them.
