Usually yes, and it is often what makes the layout work. Moving waste lines in a slab-on-grade house or a condo is where it gets expensive, so we check feasibility at the walkthrough rather than after you have fallen in love with a plan.
We coordinate them and pass on our trade pricing where we have it. Many clients prefer to buy their own — that is fine, and the materials schedule keeps track either way.
Both work in Miami. Quartz is more forgiving around a busy sink; natural stone is more beautiful and needs sealing. We will tell you which one suits how you actually cook rather than which one has better margin.
